A step up from the primary tiers is the AT&T Internet 300 and Internet 1000. The first provides up to 300 Mbps also starts at $50 per month for the first year. But, after the first year, the charges jump to $80 per month. This plan also has a 1 terabyte monthly data allowance, but that'll be more than enough for most cord-cutters.
